ITALIAN FOOD STAR LTD operates on an online ordering and delivery service model. Since our meals are primarily prepared based on customer orders, cancellations and refunds will be processed according to the order status.
- Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after submission, providing your order number and relevant information.
If the order has not yet begun preparation, we will do our best to assist with cancellation and arrange a refund based on the actual situation.
If the order has already entered the preparation, packaging, or delivery process, cancellation may not be possible.
- Order Refund
For cancelled orders that meet the refund criteria, we will arrange a refund after confirmation.
If the order is cancelled due to our inability to complete it, obvious errors in the order, or other circumstances that meet the refund criteria, we will provide a corresponding refund based on the specific circumstances.
Refunds are usually returned to the customer’s original payment method.
- Refund Arrival Time
After confirming the refund request, we typically process the refund within 3–5 business days.
The actual arrival time of funds may be affected by the processing speed of banks, credit card companies, or third-party payment institutions, so the final arrival time may vary.
4. Orders in Delivery
Once an order has been handed over to the delivery personnel, it is generally impossible to cancel it.
If any order errors, delivery problems, or other abnormalities occur during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will verify and handle the matter based on the actual situation of the order.
- Food Quality or Order Errors
If the received food has obvious quality problems, is missing items, or is significantly inconsistent with the order details, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem, providing the order number and relevant explanations.
After verification, we may provide a refund, reshipment, or other reasonable solutions depending on the specific circumstances.
