- Online Ordering
Customers select their desired dishes online, confirm the quantity, price, and delivery address, then submit their order and complete payment.
After successful order submission, we will process the order based on the information provided.
- Order Confirmation Time
After successful payment, we typically confirm the order within 10–30 minutes.
During peak hours, peak business periods, or other special circumstances, the confirmation time may be extended.
- Meal Preparation Time
After order confirmation, we typically complete meal preparation within 20–40 minutes.
Preparation time may vary depending on the dish; the actual preparation time will be adjusted based on the order details, quantity, and current business conditions.
- Delivery Time
Once the meal is prepared, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible.
Under normal circumstances, delivery is expected to take 30–60 minutes, but the exact time may be affected by factors such as delivery distance, traffic conditions, weather, order volume, and road conditions.
Therefore, from order confirmation and food preparation to delivery completion, the normal delivery time is approximately 60–120 minutes.
- Delivery Information
Customers should provide an accurate and complete delivery address, name, and contact number when placing an order.
Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, inability to contact the customer, or no one to receive the goods may result in delivery delays. Any additional delivery arrangements arising from this will be handled according to the actual situation.
- Receiving Goods
Customers should promptly accept their order upon arrival of the delivery personnel.
Upon receiving the food, if any items are missing, there are order errors, or other obvious problems, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the order number and relevant details so that we can verify the situation promptly.
- Peak Seasons and Special Circumstances
During peak lunch and dinner periods, holidays, or when order volume is high, order confirmation, preparation, and delivery times may be longer than normal.
Severe weather, traffic congestion, road restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delivery delays.
If a significant delay is anticipated, we will make every effort to contact the customer based on the actual situation.
- Order Cancellation and Refunds
If a customer needs to cancel an order, they should contact us as soon as possible before the order enters the preparation process.
If the order has not yet started preparation, is packaged, or has entered the delivery process, the order may not be able to be cancelled.
